Design, Construction and Fit-out of corporate offices for a technology company on Paulista Avenue, the financial heart of São Paulo.

 

After our successful first commission, the client requested the same scope of services to move into more modern premises in a corporate building on the same street.

 

As in our first commission, our office was fully committed to delivering the project within the original schedule and budget. This time, the brief involved reuse of furniture and partitions from the existing offices. Despite only being able to work for 3 hours a day, due to the building’s internal regulations, the project was delivered within the initially agreed deadline, resulting in savings of 1.5 million BRL per year with the rent of former property.
