Complete interior design project for a Mid-Scale Superior hotel for the Marriott chain, developed in partnership with the VOA Chicago team when Eduardo Manzano served as its director.

The hotel features 264 rooms in two typologies, spread across 20 floors, along with Restaurants, Lobby, Reception, Rooftop Pool, Parking, and other operational areas.

In 2014, due to the country’s economic situation, the project underwent significant adjustments to align with the revised budget, while preserving its original design intent. The Brazilian branch of VOA Associates, under the leadership of Eduardo Manzano and Marcos Leite Bastos, was responsible for the project.
