A full-scale hotel project with a Spanish theme, developed in partnership with Carlos Mauad Arquitetura. The masterplan comprises 1,200 fully equipped guestrooms, each with 36 m², with the first phase delivering 600 units.
In addition to the rooms, the development features restaurants, bars, a private water park, and ample parking facilities.
This was the first large-scale hospitality development in the city of Olímpia, which subsequently became a prominent regional tourism hub.
In 2021, the hotel began operating under the French hotel group Accor, rebranded as Thermas Olímpia Resort by Mercure.
