A conceptual study carried out for an investment fund, this mixed-use project will be built in an important corporate address in São Paulo. It will contain 85 luxury bedrooms, restaurants, swimming pool, spa and fitness center, events center, in addition to 121 high-end residential apartments, parking, retail and other operational areas.
