Scope: Concept Design

Conceptual study carried out for a major international lifestyle hospitality company. The project is situated in a mixed-use building located on one of the most important avenues in São Paulo. It would house 180 apartments between 32-80 sq. mts., corporate floors, restaurants, roof top, spa, fitness center, swimming pool and shopping center, in addition to other operational areas.

 

Due to the ensuing economic downturn, the company postponed their plans to enter the Brazilian market.
