Concept and Design Development for a hotel development with a Convention Center for the Hyatt brand in Brazil.

With 342 rooms in 5 different typologies, this upscale hotel, in addition to the brand-standard common areas, would feature 3 restaurants (Thematic, 3-Meal, and VIP), indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a convention center for 1,200 people, as well as common, infrastructure, operations, and leisure areas on the rooftop (Putting Green).
