Innovative residential project in a “co-living” system for international investment fund to be replicated in several locations in Brazil.

 

EMDAStudio is one of the few Brazilian offices shortlisted for this type of project which selects existing buildings, derelict or not, to undergo partial or full renovation.

 

The project brief, in addition to housing units of approx 30 sq. mts., includes coworking, living areas, cafeteria and operational areas.
