Masterplan for high-end rural residential developments containing 273 farms with circa 10,000 sq. mts. each, in addition to an equestrian center, open mall with leisure and restaurants, sports areas and educational areas donated to the local university for wildlife conservation and other administrative and support.

 

Located next to the Amazon, the town of Sinop is one of the main agricultural hubs in Brazil and is considered a unique case of urbanization with quality of life.
