Complete Spanish-themed hotel project with 1,200 self-catering apartments with 36 sq. mts. each, with the first phase being carried out with 600 units.

 

In addition to the rooms, the development has restaurants, bars, a private water park and parking.

 

It was the first development of this scale in the city of Olimpia, which soon afterwards became an important regional tourist hub.

 

In 2021, its operation was acquired by the French brand Accor, changing its name to Thermas Olimpia Resort by Mercure.
