Our studio is more than an architectural atelier. In addition to urban planning, architecture and interior design projects, we deliver product design and development solutions to the client, specification consultancy (F, F & E and O, S & E), hotel assembly management and, through associate consultants, hotel feasibility studies, and procurement management, not to mention the professional consulting services for the development of related business axes.

With over 35 years of experience in hospitality, corporate and urban planning architecture, Eduardo stands out in the pursuit of project excellence, always focusing on the end result for his client and the quality of the experience for users.
As a director of global architecture companies VOA Associates and Perkins+Will, Eduardo was one of the responsibles for the development of projects for American and European hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood, Wyndham, Hilton, Campanille and Meliá, in addition to local brands Rio Quente Resorts and BHG, among others, having participated in over 100 hotel projects in the country.
He also brings his large expertise to differentiated corporate projects where both result and performance must progress alongside with interior design and architecture.
With corporate projects for clients such as General Atlantic, Bank of America, Valid and Casas Pernambucanas, Eduardo delivers solutions ranging from space analysis for net area optimization to complete fit-out work through "Turn Key" or "Design & Build" systems. He also plays an important role in the realm of Urban Planning, actively involved with smart and sustainable cities initiatives, being currently Vice-President of Urban Planning at the Smart City Business America Institute.
He is a former board member of the Brazil Hospitality International Conference (BHI) and project coordinator of the Historic Lodges Circuit of the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism, while also being a regular speaker and curator for several courses and events in the country and abroad.
One of the pioneers in Metaverse Architecture Design, he is also a professor of Hospitality Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design and Roberto Miranda University and Management and Marketing for Architects and Designers at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing – ESPM.
