Concept and Schematic Design of a hotel development with convention center for the Hyatt brand in Brazil.

 

With 342 apartments in 5 different types, this upscale hotel, in addition to the common areas requested as brand standard, will have 3 Restaurants (Theme, 3-Meal and VIP), indoor and outdoor pools, spa, Convention Center for 1,200 people, operations and rooftop leisure (putting green).

 

The Brazilian branch of VOA Associates, under the leadership of Eduardo Manzano and Marcos Leite Bastos, was in charge of the project.
