Conceptual Study of a French budget hotel brand. In partnership with the award-winning office MM18 Arquitetura, we devised a modern project, focused on the young users of one of the most vibrant regions of the city of São Paulo.

 

With minor alterations in the layout of the rooms, the French standards were automatically adapted to the existing area. One of the highlights of the project is the conversion of the vehicle maneuvering area into a café/bar open to passersby.
