Scope: Design

 

Conceptual study of a mixed-use complex occupying a corner site on a main thoroughfare in São Paulo, currently occupied by another hotel development, in the heart of one of the most important neighborhoods in the city.

 

It consists of a lifestyle hotel with micro-apartments, swimming pool, coworking, bars, restaurant, corporate floor and retail at street level.
