This project is unique in a variety of ways.

 

The site is owned by a traditional religious order and contains a listed mansion, which will be converted for use as reception, lobby, restaurant and events center in our proposal and eventually operate under the Hilton brand. It is located in one of the most valuable addresses in São Paulo and will house, in addition to the listed building, a 180-bedroom tower with rooftop entertainment and other operational areas.

 

EMDA won the architectural competition with an ingenious plan of integrating the existing mansion into the development as a highlight.
