Conceptual Study of a Boutique Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, occupying the space of the former Marina Palace Hotel, in the Leblon district.

Competing with major offices in the country, this Project contemplated the complete retrofit of the hotel located in an iconic address in Rio de Janeiro. It was later awarded the XI Grand Prix of Corporate Architecture in the Hospitality Interiors category,

With 112 rooms, the hotel also housed a rooftop restaurant, pool and bar, and an innovative lobby counter solution, integrating the jewelry booth, reception and bar space. A special local touch came with spotlights projecting the geometric patterns of Rio’s sidewalks on the floor.
