Complete interior design for a Superior Midscale hotel for the Marriott brand, developed in partnership with the VOA Chicago team when Eduardo Manzano was its director.

 

The 20-floor hotel has 264 rooms divided in two types, restaurants, lobby, reception, rooftop swimming pool, parking and other operational areas. In 2014, due to an economic downturn, the project underwent significant changes to adapt to a revised budget, while maintaining the original concept of the project.

 

The Brazilian branch of VOA Associates, under the leadership of Eduardo Manzano and Marcos Leite Bastos, was in charge of the project.
