Considered a case study in efficiency by the hotel brand itself, this interior architecture and management project was carried out by VOA Associates, led by Eduardo Manzano and Marcos Leite Bastos in Brazil. It contains 112 self-catering upscale apartments, in addition to a fully-renovated restaurant. The works were executed in strict compliance with the budget stipulated by the brand, as well as the deadlines for the delivery of the renovated units, with management of all stages handled by our team.
