Master Plan for a Tourist Complex containing several business areas such as Hotels, Water Parks, Residential and Adventure Parks.

There is currently a Water Park that receives more than 2,500 users a day. The new project intends to increase this number to 7,000 users in addition to having more than 500 hotel units in a multi-ownership system.
