Scope: Masterplanning

 

The client, an important hospitality group from Paraná, already owned an important hotel in the area of upscale standard with circa 230 units and a Convention Center for 1,800 users. 

 

The brief now requested a midscale standard hotel focused on events and a masterplan to confer a commercial and strategic destination to the neighboring lan,ds to be contracted and implemented over time.

 

In 2019, the new hotel and a water park were built, completely changing the leisure landscape of the region. Both were designed jointly with our partner office Carlos Mauad Arquitetura.
