A large real estate and construction group in the state of Paraná commissioned us to design a hotel complex, with 600 rooms and 35 luxury bungalows and a residential area in one of the most sought-after beaches on the coast of Santa Catarina.

 

With virtually exclusive access, the complex will have a water park, tennis courts, restaurants, leisure areas, extreme and water sports park and a small marina, as well as the required operational areas.
