Scope: Masterplanning

Located in an established tourist destination, we were hired to prepare a Master Plan for a Tourist Complex containing several business areas such as Multi-Property Development, Theme Park (Cachaça), Senior Living, Themed Model Farm and Water Park.

Project in partnership with the architects Maryana Pinto and  Carlos Mauad.
